Born for Harsh Environments

Tempered Glass & High Temperature Resistant

Engineered for the most demanding environments, the FORT-A series is an IP65 IK08 industrial linear high bay. Combining tempered glass optics, IP65/IK08 ruggedness, and a market-leading efficacy of up to 170 lm/W, it thrives in dusty, oily, and heat-intensive facilities. Washdown farm buildings rather than high-bay aisles call for the DURA-P SF01 ammonia-resistant tubular farm light.

The fixture features a precision optical lens with a 50° × 100° beam angle, engineered to slash UGR (glare index), maximize light utilization, and deliver pinpoint beam control. For extreme conditions, it can be configured with a specialized high-temperature driver, guaranteeing rock-solid stability where standard lights fail. Low-bay corridors and damp rooms are served instead by the AQUA-D IP65 waterproof LED bulkhead light.

Tempered Glass & Optical Lens

Why tempered glass outperforms PC lenses in industrial environments

+
Dust & Static Resistance

Surface resistivity ~10¹⁰ Ω/sq — 10,000× lower static attraction than PC/PMMA. Minimal dust adhesion, easy cleaning.

+
Superior Lumen Maintenance

After 2 years, only 8–10% light loss vs 20–28% for PC. Brightness recovery up to 99% after cleaning.

+
Chemical Resistance

Resistant to industrial solvents, oil contamination, and detergents. PC lenses crack and haze in chemical environments.

+
3+ Year Cleaning Interval

Flat tempered glass surface enables easy wipe-down. PC lenses require annual deep cleaning with specialized chemicals.

+
Lower Total Cost

Reduced maintenance frequency, easier cleaning, minimal surface damage risk — lower lifecycle cost than PC alternatives.

+
Optical Lens System

Precision optical lens delivers 50°×100° beam angle. Textured TG option for lower UGR < 22.
