LC-NT Top Bend Silicone LED Neon Flex
LC-NT series · 18 profiles · 2835/120 LEDs per meter · DC12/24V & AC220V
The LC-NT range is a China top bend silicone neon flex factory lineup: 18 integrated-extrusion silicone profiles, 10x4mm to 20x20mm, that bend across the lit face for facade outlines, arches and cove runs — one continuous dot-free line with no visible hotspots, and 14 profiles also ship RGB and Dream Color versions.
Every profile runs DC12/24V from 2835 chips at 120 LEDs per meter in 3000K, 4000K or 6500K, with AC220V versions only for high, non-touchable runs installed by a licensed electrician. Pick the section by stroke width first and light color second — slim 4–8mm tubes for arches, 10–12mm for parapet steps, 14–20mm for building perimeters. Start from the full neon flex range or send lengths for a project quote.
- 18 top-bend sections, 10x4–20x20mm, plain and mounting-edge
- 2835/120 LEDs per meter, 3000K/4000K/6500K single-color
- RGB/Dream Color on 14 profiles, 96 or 60 LEDs per meter
- DC12/24V default outdoors, AC220V versions for high non-touchable runs only
Why LC-NT for Facades and Signs
Silicone body, co-extruded build, one bending direction
Silicone Body, Co-Extruded Build: what survives outdoors
PVC neon is a budget indoor answer — it yellows under UV, stiffens with age and reports shorter service ranges, while silicone holds optical clarity and flexibility across wide temperature swings with vendor-reported service of 30,000–50,000 hours. Specify silicone for any run that sees sunlight; leave PVC for short-life indoor sets.
The LC-NT range is integrated-extrusion co-extruded: board and silicone leave the die fully fitted with no air gap, which seals the run toward IP67-class protection, spreads each diode into a dot-free line and gives heat a direct path out of the package — the three weak points of tube-inserted strips. Cutting points and feed options for the 10x10mm section are worked out on the 1010 deep-dive page with bend radius and cutting data. Co-extrusion is what turns a facade run from seasonal maintenance into a fit-and-forget install.
| Aspect | Co-Extruded (Integrated-Extrusion) | Tube-Inserted |
|---|---|---|
| Production | PCB and silicone compound pass one die together and fuse into a single body. | LED strip is produced first, then pulled into a pre-formed hollow silicone or PVC tube. |
| Internal structure | No air gap: silicone bonds fully to the board. | A thin air gap usually remains inside the tube. |
| Heat dissipation | Best: heat conducts straight out through a physical path, longer service life. | Weaker: the air layer blocks heat flow and chips run hot. |
| Protection and optics | Naturally high sealing (up to IP67) with even dot-free light. | Thermal cycling over time can draw in vapor or water, causing dimming or ingress. |
Top Bend vs Side Bend: name the plane before ordering
The names describe the bending plane, not the glow direction. Top-bend LC-NT tubes flex across the lit face in the vertical plane, tracing facade perimeters, parapet steps, ceiling contours and cove falls; side-bend NS tubes swing left and right in the horizontal plane for flat wall lettering and fascia lines that never change height. Sketch the run in section: any rise or fall orders top bend, a flat elevation orders side bend. For flat lettering and logos that never change height, see the LC-NS side bend range with 13 profiles. For area and path light around the same building, pair outlines with our outdoor luminaires for ground wash.
| Option | Bend | Sections | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| LC-NT top-bend range | Across lit face, vertical plane | 18, 10x4–20x20mm | Facade perimeters, parapets, arches, coves |
| LC-NS side-bend range | Left–right, horizontal plane | 13, 4.5x11.6–20x20mm | Channel letters, logos, fascia, column wraps |

Model key: LC = Low Carbon factory series; NT = top bend (the tube bends across the lit face — NS marks side bend, covered separately); digits = cross-section in mm (1010 = 10x10mm); E = mounting edge for aluminum channels; -10W = watts per meter (1010 only; other profiles confirmed on inquiry); -RGB = RGB / Dream Color version.
Pick the Profile by Run
Stroke width first, light color second, voltage last
Match the section to the viewing distance. Slim tubes trace window arches, mid sections step down parapets, and jumbo sections hold their own against daylight on tower edges. Landscape outlines pair with ground wash from the garden lighting solution for layered night scenes so the building and its beds read as one night scene.
- Arches and cove falls — LC-NT-10x4, LC-NT-11x4.5 and LC-NT-8x7 slim tubes
- Parapet steps and cornices — LC-NT-10x10, LC-NT-12x12 and LC-NT-15x10, edged -E versions for channels
- Facade perimeters and towers — LC-NT-14x14 through LC-NT-20x20 jumbo sections
- Color-changing runs — 14 profiles with -RGB versions, 96-LED on mid sizes and 5050 60-LED on jumbo
- Feed voltage — DC12/24V default outdoors (prefer 24V for longer runs with multi-feed injection); AC220V versions allow longer single feeds with less voltage drop but carry mains shock risk — high, non-touchable, electrician-only runs with IP67 sealing
- Mounting and accessories — edged -E sections seat into aluminum channels with end caps and feed kits, same system as the 1010 — see Accessories & Techniques with install diagrams
FAQ
Top bend answers for facade and arch projects
Match the bend to the path, not to taste — LC-NT top-bend tubes curve across the lit face, tracing arches, parapet steps and cove falls, while side-bend tubes swing sideways for flat lettering. Sketch the run first: any rise or fall means top bend, a flat wall line means side bend. Every LC-NT section in the table above bends the top-bend way.
Stroke width decides the section — 4–8mm slim tubes suit arches and shallow coves, 10–15mm mid sections suit parapet steps and storefront cornices, and 16–20mm jumbo sections suit tower perimeters that must read from the street. Edged -E variants seat into aluminum channels. The LC-NT table lists all 18 sections with profile images.
Fourteen of the 18 sections ship color versions — 96-LED RGB and Dream Color on the 10–15mm sections and 5050-based 60-LED versions on the 16–20mm sections, while the four slim sections stay single-color for crisp white lines. Name the -RGB suffix when quoting, for example LC-NT-12x12-RGB. The LC-NT range keeps white and color on identical extrusions.
DC by default outdoors; AC220V only where nobody can touch it — every LC-NT profile stocks DC12/24V for drivers and facade strokes (prefer 24V for longer runs, with multi-feed injection). AC220V versions allow longer single feeds with less voltage drop and fewer injection points, but mains voltage brings shock risk on exposed or reachable runs — reserve it for high, non-touchable perimeters installed by a licensed electrician with IP67 sealing. Send total lengths with the inquiry and the factory confirms feed positions.
Cut at marked lines, join with feed kits, ship in rolls or pieces — slim sections travel in 100m rolls and the 20x20 jumbo ships in 50m pieces, and cutting service covers exact site lengths. Confirm cut positions before ordering custom joins. LC-NT packing is sized so reels survive sea freight.
Yes — private sections, CCT mixes and project packing — as a China top bend silicone neon flex factory we run OEM and ODM on the LC-NT range: section tweaks, CCT and RGB mixes, AC220V configuration and distributor packing. Send drawings and annual volumes for tooling terms. LC-NT tooling stays with your project.
