The PURE-DS is a CCT selectable TRIAC downlight built in China for hotels and shops, covering 8W to 24W across 95mm and 145mm cutouts — set power and white with the DIP switch at install (8/10/12W in the small housing, 18/20/24W in the large one), then dim the preset output on the existing TRIAC wall dimmer. Made in China by Low Carbon Teclux, one fitting replaces nine stock combinations per housing.
This low glare DIP selectable downlight holds Ra90 with UGR under 22 for corridors, guestrooms, lobbies and retail floors. It is the preset-and-dim answer to the fixed-CCT PURE-S DL02 recessed downlight family, while the PURE-DW dim to warm downlight serves rooms that must end the evening in candlelight.

The PURE-DS DIP selectable TRIAC downlight pairs DL02 housings with a two-bank preset switch, factory-direct from China. This low glare DIP selectable downlight stocks two fittings to serve corridors, guestrooms, lobbies and shops from 8W to 24W.
One SKU, Nine Combinations
3 powers × 3 whites per housing — stock two fittings
Each PURE-DS fitting carries a two-bank DIP switch inside a die-cast aluminum DL02 housing with an open heat-sink path — one bank sets 8/10/12W in the small housing or 18/20/24W in the large one, the other sets 3000/4000/6000K. Nine combinations per housing.

110lm/W Ra90 COB in 24/36/55° — stated per CCT
Output is rated at 110lm/W on 4000K: 880-1320lm small, 1980-2640lm large. The 3000K warm step runs about 5-8% lower by phosphor physics and the 6000K step about 3% higher — the datasheet states all three, so quotations never oversell. The COB lens delivers Ra90 accent-grade color deep behind the trim.

No new control wire — fixed now, TRIAC later
Running hotels and shops cannot close for rewiring. PURE-DS keeps the installed phase-cut wall dimmers and drops 1:1 into the existing 95mm and 145mm cutouts — DIP presets the ceiling output with the power off, the wall dimmer takes it from there. No signal cable, no apps, no commissioning.

Guestrooms and corridors take the small 95mm housing at 8-12W — lobbies and retail floors take the large 145mm housing at 18-24W, each preset to 3000, 4000 or 6000K on site. - Lower stock cost — one preset fitting per housing, no addressing hardware, no wireless nodes, no commissioning time
- No rewiring — runs on the existing 2-wire mains plus TRIAC wall dimmers, while DT8 needs two extra signal wires; retrofit and new builds share the same wiring
- Upgrade means adding one dimmer — if the live wire has no dimmer yet, just add one TRIAC dimmer on it; brightness follows the preset level, no apps or scenes to program

Good to know before you order: DIP presets power and CCT with the power off — the fitting then works two ways. Wire it direct to mains and it runs as a regular fixed downlight at the preset level; add one TRIAC wall dimmer on the live wire when dimming is needed, with no signal wires, no apps and no recommissioning.
