The VUE-C is a Casambi dimmable LED track light for retail stores, pairing a 145lm/W Ra90 light engine with a built-in Allooking Casambi track driver, so every head dims, groups and recalls scenes from a phone app with no control wires to pull.
It offers a maximum power of 32W and up to 4500lm, which suits 3–5m retail ceilings, and each fixture joins a self-healing Bluetooth mesh that keeps working even if one node drops offline. Every VUE-C ships with a 5-year warranty.

A wired dimmable system needs a data bus pulled to every head before the first scene can run. VUE-C removes that step: the track only carries mains power while dimming, grouping and scenes travel over a self-healing Bluetooth mesh, so a live supermarket or boutique gains per-fixture control without opening ceilings. The 32W head still delivers 4500lm at 145 lm/W, which means wireless convenience costs no efficacy against our wired flagship — compare the wired DALI dimmable track light when a project already has a DALI bus in place.
VUE-C App Scenes and Groups for Store Staff
Each VUE-C head is an individually addressable node. Staff set morning, trading and evening scenes once in the Casambi app then recall them from a phone, a wireless wall switch or an automatic timer:

Built-in driver adapter fits common 3-phase tracks
The Casambi driver sits inside the track adapter itself — there is no external control box and no extra wiring point. Mains power enters through the standard 3-phase contacts while dimming commands arrive over Bluetooth, so the head clicks onto the rail like any conventional track light. Adapter compatibility at a glance
- 3-phase 4-wire rails: suits widely used Global-type, Nordic-type, Eutrac-type and Stucchi-type profiles — 15 common rail sections verified.
- Phase selector 0–3: dial the circuit (0 = off, 1–3 = phases) before pushing the head onto the rail.
- Driver headroom to 42W: Allooking AWS series, 300–1050mA DIP output, DC 3–40V, standby below 0.5W.
- Protected for commercial hours: flicker-free output, PF above 0.9, over-temperature, overload, short-circuit and no-load protection.
Five-step mounting and pairing
- Set the phase selector knob to circuit 1, 2 or 3 (0 = off).
- Insert the adapter into the rail slot with contacts aligned.
- Rotate the locking lever until the head sits firm on the rail.
- Power on and check the head lights — wiring is done.
- Open the Casambi app, pair the new node, assign it to a group and save the store scenes.

The difference is the wire you never pull: VUE-C carries dimming, grouping and scenes over Bluetooth mesh with only mains power on the rail, while a DALI head needs a separate data bus wired to every fixture.

Fifteen common 3-phase profiles including Global-type, Nordic-type, Eutrac-type and Stucchi-type rails: set the 0–3 phase selector, insert, lock and power on. For a rail outside the chart, send us the rail section drawing and we confirm the adapter version before shipment. Every VUE-C adapter is verified against its rail type before it leaves the factory.
